Mobile data acquisition with MDE
Function checks, measured values, counter readings, even unexpected anomalies - everything can be recorded quickly and easily. After completing the check, the mobile device is simply plugged into the docking station; a transfer process on the server evaluates the information and stores it in a database. The data is then available in the company network.
After logging in on the mobile device, the tour through the plant begins. The individual positions to be "approached" are processed according to the predefined sequence, by manual selection or by scanning a barcode located at the position. The system tells the tour guide what to do and what to look out for.
Notes for each measuring point can also be recorded and saved separately. Designation, unit, conversion factors and recording intervals of the measured values are already predefined. If a value is out of range, a warning message is displayed. The last five previous values are also , allowing trends and faults to be quickly identified.
