STUDIS-Industry is our compact all-in-one vibration monitoring, analysis and diagnosis system for stationary installation on turbo sets with plain bearings in industrial applications.

In the context of the energy transition, industrial turbines are replacing large steam turbo sets in generating of electrical energy and are becoming increasingly important for supply security. For large steam turbines, individually configured condition monitoring systems, such as our STUDIS-SE, have long been standard. In order to enable high-performance condition monitoring for smaller plants as well, we have developed STUDIS-Industry especially for industrial turbines.

By combining vibration parameters and process signals with the latest AI/ML methods, deviations from normal behaviour are detected automatically. The optimised monitoring displays provide a quick overview of the machine condition and make STUDIS-Industry the first choice to protect your machine in the long term.

With STUDIS-Industry you are opting for the simple condition monitoring solution. The modular structure with a leader module and any number of follower modules enables STUDIS-Industry to be adapted to any size of plant at optimised cost. With the combination of several leader modules, several speeds can be recorded synchronously.
