Especially on turbines with low power, but also on auxiliary units such as fresh air fans, induced draughts and cooling water pumps, there is often no vibration monitoring with a permanently installed vibration diagnosis systems. In order to analyse the vibration behaviour at these plants, diagnostic systems can be installed temporarily.
We offer the installation of mobile vibration diagnosis systems - STUDISMobile. If required, we install these systems, including the corresponding bearing pedestal and shaft vibration sensors, at your plant. The systems are used on site for vibration measurements ranging from a few days up to several months.
You have the choice of having the vibrations analysed directly by an expert on site or by a team of experts at our Service Centre in Essen. The intelligent connection of STUDISMobile to the control system (optional) and the Service Centre Essen enables qualified diagnosis in addition to continuous monitoring of the vibrations.
