We analyse the complex relationships between operating parameters, engine design and vibration behaviour in order to recommend specific measures like balancing. Vibration analysis and diagnosis are always carried out in close consultation with our customers, whom we also support in technical discussions with manufacturers, suppliers and inspection companies if necessary.
We offer vibration analysis and diagnosis with our own developments STUDIS-SE and STUDISmobil as well as with systems from other manufacturers.
Our team of vibration experts consists of specialists with many years of experience in the field of vibration analysis and diagnosis. The engines we look after range from large steam turbine sets up to 1,100 MW down to gas turbine sets and engines in the range of a few kW from all major manufacturers. Vibration analysis and diagnosis is the situation-related assessment of vibration behaviour as required.
